Battery Warnings

Device Warnings

Safety and Tracking Warning

The assistance feature allows you to send your location to the dedicated contact. This is a supplemental feature and should not be relied upon as a primary method to obtain emergency assistance. myFirst app does not contact emergency services on your behalf.

Mobile Network Subscription Warning

The device's mobile network connected features, such as assistance, live track, location updates and messaging, require that the device have an active mobile network subscription. The device must also be in an area with the appropriate coverage for these features to function, and ensure a stable and reliable connection to the mobile network provider.

Navigation Warning

Use this device only as a navigational aid. Do not attempt to use the device for any purpose requiring precise measurement of direction, distance, location or topography.

Skin Irritation

Some users may experience skin irritation after prolonged and continuous use of the device, especially if the user has sensitive skin or allergies. If you notice any skin irritation, remove the device and allow the user's skin time to heal. To help prevent skin irritation, ensure the device is clean and dry, and do not over-tighten the device on the user's wrist. Adjust the fit to allow air to flow between the band and the wrist.

Battery Notices

GPS Notice

The navigation device may experience degraded performance if you use it in proximity to any device that uses a terrestrial broadband network operating close to the frequencies used by any Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS), such as the Global Positioning Service (GPS). Use of such devices may impair reception of GNSS signals.

Water Resistance

This device is resistant to sweat, water drips, and rain, and can withstand brief submersion in fresh water up to a depth of 1 meter. However, it is not suitable for prolonged submersion and should be removed before swimming or showering. The water resistance of the device is based on its current condition and may decrease over time.
