Estimated Shipping Time

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Your order items will be shipped out from myFirst HQ Warehouse located at Singapore. We usually ship through DHL Shipping Services and all of our shipping fees are based on DHL Express Shipping Rates.

Please allow additional time for processing during major sales and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way to you. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination. Regular post ranges from 3 to 5 working days depending on the shipping address.

 

Remote Area Surcharge

A remote area surcharge is an additional fee applied by couriers for shipments made to and from locations that the courier deems to be in remote areas. Couriers will consider a location to be remote if it is far from their regular pick up or delivery path. This means that if the courier does not have a depot near the pickup or delivery address your shipment may be subject to a remote area surcharge.

If there is an order from remote areas, we will reach out customers and let know on the extra remote area surcharge that should be borne by the customer. If this situation causes inconvenience for customer, the customer may drop and email at support@myfirst.tech and discuss with our team and we can provide a better solution.

 

Taxes & Import Duty

myFirst Australia is not responsible for any taxes, VAT or duties charged to a customer. We does not collects any form of taxes or duties on our online store and our product prices are exclusive of these charges. Customers are responsible to pay all taxes/duties charged to the local authorities including but not limited to:

  • Goods & Services Tax (GST)
  • Values Added Tax (VAT)
  • Import Duties & Taxes
